Alice in Wonderland

The Worcester County Library Foundation presents The New Adventures of Alice in Wonderland, an Other Voices production. Show times are Saturday, May 7 at 2 pm & 7 pm at the Ocean City Performing Arts Center. Tickets are $10 for theatre seating and $15 for orchestra. Berlin Book of the Month - A BIG READ EVENT - The Poetry of Emily Dickinson: Final Harvest

Many early editions of Emily Dickinson’s poetry were re-punctuated by the editor. To re-punctuate Dickinson is often to re-interpret her poems. In 1955, Thomas H. Johnson edited from all known manuscripts The Poems of Emily Dickinson, Including Variant Readings. This edition, known as the Johnson text, attempted to report the manuscripts with complete accuracy. He later published Final Harvest a compilation of 575 of Emily’s best works of poetry.
