Alice in Wonderland

The Worcester County Library Foundation presents The New Adventures of Alice in Wonderland, an Other Voices production. Show times are Saturday, May 7 at 2 pm & 7 pm at the Ocean City Performing Arts Center. Tickets are $10 for theatre seating and $15 for orchestra. Tickets are available at all Worcester County Library Branches, the Ocean City Convention Center box office (410-289-2800), and TICKETMASTER (1-800-551-7328).

Research has shown that writing about stressful experiences, like illness,may boost health & psychological well-being. Group meets twice a month and uses exercises to stimulate the process for creative expression. No prior writing experience needed. For more information call Don Winslow 410-208-6613.

Reptile World

Michael Shwedick has designed this program to give audiences the opportunity to meet an interesting selection of live, large, colorful and gentle reptiles from all over the world. Blue Sky Puppet Theatre

The Blue Sky Puppet Theater, has been one of the finest touring children’s theaters on the East Coast since 1974. They perform 1,000 shows a year and are truly dedicated to excellence in theater, art, education and fun. The performances appeals to preschool, primary, and intermediate school-aged children. All of the shows are interactive to keep the children engaged. There is also a sing-along before and during the show.

Cascading Carlos

Wonderbunny.

Donna Washington, Storyteller

Donna Washington’s parents were in the military so she spent her childhood travelling all over the world. During these years she learned about different people, places and of course, learned their culture and their stories.
Donna attended Northwestern University in the theater department. It was at this time that she came to realize she wanted to make storytelling a central part of her performing life. In additions to being an actress and an author, she is a multiple award winning recording artist.
