Tribal Bellydance with Roma

This 3-week mini series introduces you to the foundations of tribal style bellydance. Each class includes a breakdown of the moves, drilling exercises to work and isolate core muscles, and a fast-paced follow along to integrate movements into muscle memory. Covers 8 basic moves along with several variations. Practice worksheet included. Wear comfortable form-fitting clothes and bring a bottle of water. The Mesabi Pioneers

Join guest author, Jeffrey Smith, as he talks about the Mesabi Project and the book, The Mesabi Pioneers. In the early 1890s, a group of brothers discovered iron ore in the dense pine woods of northern Minnesota. Mesabi Pioneers tells the story of the immigrants who dug that ore out of the ground, who carved towns from trees, and who built new lives for themselves and their families.
