Qigong

Come learn a simple meditative series of five movements called the Five Dao Yin Prescription Exercises. This ancient combination of sound and movement is designed to help the body release toxins. The class is led by Carol Borsello, Medical Qigong Level II practitioner.

What do you do with your favorite shirt that has a grease stain on it? How about those jeans with a huge hole? Do you have a piece of clothing that you love the fabric, but it looks terrible on? Learn to re-purpose these items to make one-of-a-kind artistic clothing. Several techniques will be demonstrated as well as completed projects.
