Tai Chi

Tai Chi is an ancient form of relaxation, exercise, and meditation combined. Limit of 15 participants. Please call the Ocean City Branch at 410-524-1818 to register.

Soothing Stories “The Storm Whale”
Time: 4:30 pm

All children of all abilities are welcome to our Soothing Stories program every other Tuesday night. We will provide a calming story, along with playtime using our sensory toys and activities.

Coloring for Calmness and Conversation
Time: 2:00 PM
Location: Berlin Branch
Join us for monthly adult coloring sessions. Research has shown that coloring has therapeutic potential to reduce anxiety and create focus or mindfulness. We will explore different patterns such as mandalas, zentangles, paisleys, or patterns suggested by our participants. Bring your own coloring pages or use ours. Colored pencils, gel pens, and felt tips will be available, along with coffee and cookies.

Tour of Ireland: Trip Seminar
Time: 2 pm

The Worcester County Library Foundation is partnering with Ireland RNR for a trip to Ireland on May 27th, 2018. Come hear the specifics of the tour and reserve your spot. Tour promoters Mike and Vitoria Healy will be on site to answer any and all questions about the trip. Join us in Ireland!

Great Books Discussion
